The EPIC Centre aims to provide client satisfaction through personalised event services, while working within the client’s budget, guidelines and timelines to provide creative, professional and affordable events.
The EPIC Centre offers a full range of services and products for meetings, dinners, balls, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, corporate retreats, teambuilding away days, awards nights and other social events.
The EPIC Centre is a sustainable venue based on low carbon services and products. EPIC uses locally sourced or fair-traded sustainable resources that are delivered through a purpose built green building that produces less than 50% of the carbon emissions of conventional venues.

Meeting room packages
4-Hour day package (Minimum 10 persons)
Includes room hire, free parking, AV, broadband access, flip chart, pads and pens.
Board room catering: Self-serve beverage bar—coffee/tea and biscuits upon arrival.
4-Hour day package (Minimum 10 persons)
Includes room hire, free parking, AV, broadband access, flip chart, pads and pens.
Board room catering: choice of Continental Breakfast bar/or Cold Buffet Lunch, 1 Coffee Break.
EPIC Business Services: fax/email/copying/courier available upon request, charges apply.
8-Hour day package (Minimum 10 persons)

24-Hour day package (Minimum 10 persons)
Includes room hire, free parking, AV, broadband access, flip chart, pads and pens.
Board Room Catering: 1 Continental Breakfast, morning break, Buffet or box Lunch, afternoon break.
Overnight accommodation: single standard room (Lincoln), morning 2 — Full English Breakfast.
